A Stand Up Paddle Boarder in the Barnegat Bay

Who says it’s too soon to start counting down the days until Spring?!  Every day we will post a memory from our past season as we count down the days!

Here’s a shot of one of our customers paddle boarding in the Barnegat Bay.  We offer stand up paddle board rentals (SUP Rentals) in various locations throught Ocean County, NJ.  This one was taken out of our main location at Toni G’s Marina in Barnegat.

In addition to hourly paddle board rentals, we also offer weekly paddle board rentals.  This is a great option for those staying on LBI, Lacey, Barnegat or anywhere with lagoon access.

Perfect Spring Day!

Posted on: April 30th, 2015 by admin

We had a great day on the water today.  It’s still early in the season, so there was zero boat traffic.  It’s a great time to learn if you aren’t afraid of cold water!

Almost Ready for the NJ Paddle Boarding Season

Posted on: April 27th, 2015 by admin

We are just about ready for the season!  A box full o’ life vests and dry bags just arrived.

Did you know the U.S. Coast Guard has declared any SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) operated outside of a surfing or bathing area is considered a “vessel”?

All of our customers will receive a life vest and whistle to comply with Coast Guard regulations.  Paddlers 13 years old and over are not required to wear the life preserver, but it does need to be accessible in the event of an emergency.

We also provide complimentary dry-storage bags for convenience.  We recommend bringing a towel with you and storing it in the dry bag so you can dry off if you get wet.

This Crazy Weather

It looks like this crazy weather is finally going to break tomorrow… 45 degrees and sunny! Tomorrow may be the first day in a long time to get out there and paddle.

A Windy Day on the Bay

Posted on: November 2nd, 2014 by admin

It’s a windy day on the Barnegat Bay! It’s definitely not the best day for Stand Up Paddle Boarding, but a great day for Kite Surfing! Be sure to wear a heavy wetsuit if you venture out today as temperatures in the bay are beginning to drop.
