Hourly & Daily / Weekly Rentals – All sales are final. If you know at least a week in advance that you won’t be able to make your scheduled date, you may call us and request to reschedule for another day. If we have availability, we may reschedule you at our discretion. No guarantees can be made regarding the ability to move your rental to another date.
Inclement Weather (Hourly Rentals Only): If the weather prevents you from paddling on your scheduled date (high winds or rain), you may receive a full refund or reschedule for another day (subject to available dates). If the weather is showing potential for storms, and you choose to go out anyway, you forfeit your right to a refund, regardless of time spent in the water.
